Open Days

Since its inception, every year we organise at least one Mosque Open Day. In addition, we also observe National Mosque Open Day as part of a Lebanese Muslim Association initiative. Hundreds of people join Muslim community for the celebration.

In the last three years we received funding from Queensland Government to organise the event.

The Islamic Society of Toowoomba celebrated Open Day of the Garden City Mosque and the 5th Annual Toowoomba International Food Festival on Saturday 12 May 2018 at the Mosque premises.
